§ 114-72. Definitions.

Definitions referenced in the Ordinance shall be the same as those definitions set forth in Rule 67-37.002, Florida Administrative Code.

Income data for the Naples Metropolitan Statistical Area are supplied by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and apply to all of Collier County. The definition for "annual income" is found in 24 CFR Subpart F of Part 5.
