§ 122-2032. Boundaries of the district.

The Goodland/Horr's Island Fire Control District is hereby created within the boundaries described as follows:
That portion of Sections 18 and 19, Township 52 South, Range 27 East, Collier County, Florida lying south of Goodland Bay, west of Coon Key Pass and north of Blue Hill Creek, commonly known as Goodland;

AND

That portion of "Horr's Island A.K.A. Key Marco" as recorded in Plat Book 21, pages 5 through 19, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, lying south of Blue Hill Creek.
