§ 122-921. Creation, purpose, taxing authority.

(a)

The Pine Ridge Industrial Park Municipal Services Taxing and Benefit Unit (the "unit") is hereby created, with boundaries described as follows:

Section 11, Township 49 South, Range 25 East.

(b)

The unit hereby created and established is for the purpose of exercising those powers authorized by F.S. ch. 125, and other applicable laws.
