§ 122-1083. Purposes and governing body.

The MSTU is created for the purpose of providing general landscape improvements within the road right-of-way such as; curbing, watering facilities, plantings, accent lighting and maintenance for portions Golden Gate Parkway, Santa Barbara Boulevard, County Road 951, Green Boulevard, Tropicana Boulevard, Sunshine Boulevard, Hunter Boulevard, Coronado Parkway, and Lucerne Road that are located within the boundaries of the Golden Gate Beautification Municipal Service Taxing Unit.

The governing body of the MSTU shall be the Board of County Commissioners.
