§ 130-33. Jurisdiction.

The provisions of this article prohibiting the stopping, standing or parking of a vehicle shall be in effect upon all streets and highways owned or maintained by the county within the unincorporated area of the county and shall apply at all times or as indicated on official signs except when it is necessary to stop a vehicle to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a law enforcement officer or official traffic-control device.
