§ 134-53. Applicability.

Latest version.

This ordinance shall be applicable to development activities within the Collier County Water-Sewer District, and the remaining unincorporated areas of Collier County, Florida. For the purposes of simplicity and brevity, references herein to the Collier County Water-Sewer District shall also refer to the Goodland Sub-District, where appropriate, as the context requires.
