Consistent with Ordinance No. 93-72, as amended (County Manager's Ordinance) and Ordinance
No. 96-40, as amended (Collier County Personnel Ordinance), members of the Authority
may communicate with employees, officers, agents under the direct or indirect supervision
of the Executive Director, including professional service providers, for the purpose
of inquiry or information. Except for purposes of inquiry or information, no member
of the Authority shall give directions to or interfere with any employee, officer,
agent, or with any professional services provider under any direct or indirect supervision
of the Executive Director.
