§ 22-164. Penalties for violation.

(a)

Any person who violates this article or fails to comply with any of its requirements shall be punished as provided by F.S. § 125.69. Each day such violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.

(b)

The board of county commissioners may take any lawful action, including but not limited to resort to equitable action, as is necessary to prevent or to remedy any violation of this article.
