§ 26-46. Required.

(a)

No person shall conduct, manage, carry on or operate any escort service within the county without having first obtained a permit for such purpose from the county tax collector.

(b)

Upon issuance the permit shall be prominently displayed on the premises of the escort service business at all times.

(c)

The permit shall not be sold, transferred, assigned, leased, encumbered or otherwise disposed of with or without consideration, by the permit holder, and shall immediately become null and void if any of the above events take place.
