§ 26-69. Fee.

The initial fee for an annual escort license shall be $100.00, which shall include an appropriate amount to be retained by the county tax collector for administrative expenses. The fee may be adjusted from time to time by resolution of the board of county commissioners without the necessity for adhering to the general ordinance amendment regulations.
