§ 26-156. Classification.

Sexually-oriented businesses are classified as follows:

(1)

Sexually-oriented arcade.

(2)

Sexually-oriented bookstore, sexually-oriented video store or sexually-oriented novelty store.

(3)

Sexually-oriented cabaret.

(4)

Sexually-oriented motel/hotel.

(5)

Sexually-oriented motion picture.

(6)

Sexually-oriented theater.

(7)

Escort agency.

(8)

Physical culture establishment.

(9)

Nude model studio.

(10)

Sexual encounter center.
