The board of county commissioners, the City of Naples, Everglades City and their respective
city councils, the community development services division and its municipal counterparts,
the sheriff's office, municipal police departments, and all other departments and
agencies, and all other county and municipal officers, agents and employees, charged
with enforcement of state and local laws and codes shall be immune from prosecution,
civil or criminal, for reasonable, good faith trespass upon a sexually-oriented business
while acting within the scope of authority conferred by this article.
