§ 26-168. Nudity prohibited at businesses offering for sale alcoholic beverages.

Section 6-2 of this Code, or applicable municipal ordinances, prohibiting nudity at any county commercial establishment at which alcoholic beverages are offered for sale for consumption on the premises, are hereby declared to be specifically applicable to sexually-oriented businesses, regardless of whether or not a permit has been issued to said businesses under this article.
