§ 26-281. Intent and purpose.

It is the intent of this Ordinance to supplement the provisions of F.S. ch. 538, pt. II, as it relates to the purchase and disposition of secondary metal property within unincorporated Collier County. This ordinance is not intended to regulate secondhand dealers engaged in the sale or purchase of precious metals under FS ch. 538, pt. I.
