§ 26-284. Construction and interpretation.

This Ordinance shall be liberally construed in order to effectively carry out the intent and purpose of this Ordinance. Where any provision of this Ordinance refers to or incorporates another provision, statute, rule, regulation or other authority, this Ordinance refers to the most current version, including and incorporating any amendments thereto or renumbering thereof.
