§ 26-291. Penalties.

Except as otherwise provided by law, a person found guilty of violating this ordinance may be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.00, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed 60 days, or by both fine and imprisonment. Nothing in this section prohibits the County from prosecuting a violation of this ordinance by any other legal means afforded the County.
