§ 26-316. Title and citation.

This Ordinance shall be known and may be cited as the "Collier County Secondhand Dealer Ordinance." This Ordinance is not intended to regulate secondary metal recyclers, as provided for in Ordinance No. 2012-07 and F.S. ch. 538, pt. II.
