§ 26-352. Definitions.

The following words, terms, and phrases, when used in this Ordinance, shall have the meanings set forth herein:

" Fuel Pump" shall mean a machine or device used to dispense petroleum fuel for sale to the public at retail.

"Operator" shall mean the person or legal entity which leases, manages, or operates a Fuel Pump.

"Owner" shall mean the record title owner of the property on which a Fuel Pump is located.

"Payment Card" shall have the same meaning as defined in F.S. § 817.625, as may hereafter be amended.

"Scanning Device" shall have the same meaning as defined in F.S. § 817.625, as may hereafter be amended.
