§ 2-202. Advanced Payments for Goods and Services.

Procedures for the pre-payment of goods and services with County funds including, but not limited to, dues and membership, insurance, maintenance agreements, subscriptions, travel arrangements, postage, and other purchases as prescribed by the Department of Financial Services through their Administrative Rules. As provided for in F.S. § 28.235, the Clerk of the Circuit Court is authorized to make advanced payments on behalf of the County for goods and services based on those established procedures.
