§ 2-654. Acquisition and construction.

The Board of County Commissioners is hereby authorized and empowered to construct and acquire any or all of the capital projects; provided, however, that prior to using any proceeds of the bonds to fund the construction and acquisition of a capital project, it shall authorize such capital project pursuant to supplemental resolution and authorize the issuance of a project bond or bonds to secure repayment of disbursements of bond proceeds used to fund such capital project.
