§ 2-659. Interlocal agreement.

The county is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with any district which shall provide that such district may use a portion of the proceeds of the bonds for capital projects related to such district. Such district shall secure the repayment of such proceeds with a project bond or bonds obligating itself to repay such proceeds with interest as provided by the indenture of trust.
