§ 2-1033. Terms of office.

(a)

The initial terms of office of the development services advisory committee members shall be as follows:

(1)

Six members to serve for two years.

(2)

Five members to serve for three years.

(3)

Four members to serve for four years.

(b)

Thereafter, each appointment or reappointment shall be for a term of four years. Terms of office shall be limited to two consecutive terms of service. Appointments to fill any vacancies on the committee shall be for the remainder of the unexpired term of office.
