§ 2-1107. Officers, quorum, and compensation.
(a)
Each year the officers of the committee shall be elected by the membership of the committee and shall include a chairman, vice-chairman, and secretary from among the committee members. These officer's terms shall be for a period of one year with eligibility for re-election.
(b)
The presence of six or more members shall constitute a quorum. The committee may adopt rules of procedure for the transaction of business and shall keep a written record of meetings, findings and determinations. Copies of all committee meetings and exhibits shall be forwarded to the Board of County Commissioners.
(c)
The members of the committee shall serve without compensation, but may be reimbursed for per diem and travel expenses, only if approved by the board in advance of any such travel.
