§ 2-1161. Meetings.

(a)

In order to provide convenience and promote public participation, meetings of the Planning Commission shall be held in the Immokalee area when matters pending before the Planning Commission are of sufficient concern to the Immokalee area to warrant such a meeting. The Planning Commission shall, by majority vote, make such determination at 1 of its regularly scheduled meetings well enough in advance to allow sufficient time to advertise such Immokalee meeting. All other meetings shall be held at the Collier County Government Center, Naples, Florida, unless otherwise specified by the Planning Commission or the BCC.

(b)

All meetings and hearings of the Planning Commission shall be open to the public.
