§ 2-829. Exemption to Ordinance Requirement: Ad Hoc Committees and Task Force Committees.

The Commission may, by resolution, appoint an Ad-Hoc or Task Force Committee for a specific project. The resolution must set forth the duties and responsibilities of the Committee and contain language that automatically dissolves the Committee upon completion of the project.
