§ 2-847. Creation.

Pursuant to the authority granted by F.S. ch. 154, pt. III (F.S. § 154.201 et seq.), the Board of County Commissioners hereby creates a public body corporate and politic to be known as the Collier County Health Facilities Authority (hereinafter "authority").
