§ 2-872. County commission to serve as authority temporarily.

Until the members of the housing finance authority are appointed, the Board of County Commissioners by which this housing finance authority is created, shall carry out the powers of a housing finance authority under this division. The chairman of the Board of County Commissioners shall be chairman of the housing finance authority; however, the Board of County Commissioners shall not delegate its authority to the chairman under this provision.
