§ 54-40. Penalties.

Enforcement of the terms of this Ordinance shall be pursuant to the Consolidated Code Enforcement Ordinance (Ordinance No. 2010-04, as it may be amended). To any degree that the Code Enforcement Ordinance requires or mandates that an opportunity to cure or cure period be granted, said cure opportunity or period shall not apply to this Fertilizer Ordinance. Enforcement proceedings, absent the cure, may be initiated upon the discovery of the violation.
