§ 54-120. Appeals.

Any person who is aggrieved by the action of the director relative to the issuance of a license or permit, or any person adversely affected by the issuance of a license or permit may appeal said action or issuance by appropriate writ to the circuit court of the county within 30 days from the date of said issuance or action. Failure to file an appeal within the prescribed time limit shall operate as a bar to and waiver of any claim for relief.
