§ 54-132. Exemptions.

(a)

Persons that transport three cubic yards or less of processed or composted grade 1 or 2 sludge per month are exempt from the requirement of a license.

(b)

Persons who transport only bagged composted and/or processed sludge are exempt from the requirement of a license.
