§ 54-136. Annual fee.

Latest version.

All sludge transportation license applications and annual renewals shall be charged a fee. The Board of County Commissioners shall establish, and adopt, by resolution, a schedule of fees for sludge transportation licenses. The schedule of fees and the resolution establishing such fees shall be on file with the clerk to the board. The schedule of fees may be changed by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners.
