§ 54-190. Enforcement procedures.
Collier County Investigators are hereby empowered to issue Written Corrective Notices and/or notices to appear in County court or before the Special Magistrate to any person violating the provisions of this Ordinance. All such notices issued, shall be maintained by the issuing authority for public inspections, during normal office hours.
Written Corrective Notices issued by County Investigators acting pursuant to this Ordinance shall state the date observed, nature of the offense committed, corrective measures to be taken and the date on or before which such corrections shall be made.
Any person who has been served with such notice in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance, and who neglects or refuses or fails to fully comply with the corrective notices so ordered and/or to comply within the time frame so ordered therein, shall be in violation of this Ordinance.
