§ 54-373. Penalties.

(1)

Violations of any provision of this article may be punished pursuant to F.S. § 162.21, as amended, as a civil infraction with a maximum civil penalty not to exceed $500. Any person violates any provision of this Ordinance shall also be subject to the County's remedies as authorized by F.S. § 125.69, and Chapter 1, Section 1-6 of the Code of Laws and Ordinances of Collier County, Florida, or as otherwise then-allowed by law, as may be amended from time to time.
