Any firm, partnership, corporation, individual or other entity who violates the provisions
of this article, or fails to comply with any requirement of this article, shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined or imprisoned,
or both, as provided by law, and in addition shall pay all costs and expenses incurred
in the prosecution of such violation. Each violation and each day that a violation
continues shall constitute a separate offense. In addition, and as an alternative
means of enforcement, Collier County may enforce the provisions or requirements of
this article by means of any available civil remedy in a court of competent jurisdiction.
