§ 62-26. Statutory authorization.

The Legislature of the State of Florida has authorized and delegated in F.S. ch. 125, the responsibility of local government units to adopt regulations designed to promote the public health, safety, and general welfare of its citizenry. Therefore, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County does hereby adopt the following Floodplain management regulations.
