§ 66-59. Establishment.

The board of county commissioners shall establish, by resolution, the rates, fees and charges for services and related materials provided by county emergency medical services and HRS-Collier County Public Health Unit. Collier County Resolution Nos. 90-500 and 90-501 are hereby adopted as the rates, fees and charges resolutions to apply from the effective date of the ordinance from which this article was derived.
