§ 202-26. Public school financing contribution.

The board of county commissioners of Collier County is authorized to set aside, earmark and distribute to the board of public instruction of said county out of the county general revenue fund the sum of $175,000.00, to be used by said board of public instruction in financing the public school building program of said county. Said sum of $175,000.00 shall be paid in annual installments not to exceed $40,000.00 until the total amount has been exhausted.
