§ 250-30. Continuation of existing plans, ordinances and regulations.

Latest version.

Existing comprehensive plans or parts thereof, zoning ordinances and subdivision regulations adopted prior to this Act shall continue in effect from the effective date of this article until superseded as if all adoption procedure required by this act had been followed and the fact and method of enactment thereof are hereby ratified and confirmed. All changes in plans, ordinances or regulations after the effective date of this article shall be made in accordance with this article.
