The board of supervisors shall cause to be kept a well bound book, entitled Record
of Board of Supervisors of Jaudon Drainage and Improvement District, in which shall
be recorded minutes of all meetings, proceedings, certificates, bonds given by all
employees and any and all corporate acts, which record or records shall at all times
be open to the inspection of anyone interested, whether taxpayer or bond holder.
