§ 262-206. Rules and regulations.

The board is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations for the prevention of fire and for fire control in the district, which rules and regulations shall have the same force and effect as law ten days after copies thereof executed by the president and secretary of the board have been posted in at least three public places.
