There is hereby created in Collier County a special taxing district to be known as
Immokalee Water and Sewer District. The district will include all that portion of
Immokalee in said county described as follows:
Sections 1 through 36 of Township 46 South, Range 28 East; together with Sections
1 through 6 of Township 47 South, Range 28 East; together with Sections 1 through
36 of Township 46 South, Range 29 East; together with Sections 1 through 12, Sections
15 through 21 and that part of Section 13 lying Northeasterly of a diagonal line from
the Northwest Corner to the Southeast corner of said Section 13, Township 47 South,
Range 29 East; together with Sections 6, 7, 18, 19, 30 and 31 of Township 46 South,
Range 30 East; together with Sections 6, 7, 18, and that part of Section 19 lying
Northeasterly of a diagonal line from the Northwest corner to the Southeast corner
of said Section 19, Township 47 South, Range 30 East. All the lands described being
in Collier County, Florida.
