The district shall have the authority to exercise the power of eminent domain, pursuant
to F.S. Chs. 73, 74, and 191, over any property located within the district, except
municipal, county, state, and federal property, for the purpose of acquiring property
for the location of fire stations. The location and construction of fire stations
shall comply with applicable Collier County Ordinances.
