§ 262-644. District bonds as securities for public bodies.

  • All bonds issued pursuant to this Act shall be and constitute legal investments for state, county, municipal, and all other public funds and for banks, savings banks, insurance companies, executors, administrators, trustees, and all other fiduciaries and shall also be and constitute securities eligible as collateral security for all state, county, municipal, or other public funds, subject to the restrictions and limitations of F.S. Chs. 18, 136, 518, 655, 657, 658, 660, 663, 665, and 687.
