Minimum lot area 1 acre
Minimum lot width 100 feet Front Yard 35 feet Side Yard 15 feet Rear Yard 30 feet Maximum height* 50 feet * No building may contain more than three levels of habitable space.
F.
MH District. Accessory uses shall not exceed twenty (20) feet in height.
