permitted
or
conditional uses
allowing for outdoor storage, including but not limited to storage of manufactured
products, raw or finished materials, or vehicles other than vehicle intended for sale
or resale, shall be required to screen such storage areas with a fence, or equivalent
landscaping or combination thereof, not less than seven (7) feet in height above ground
level. Said fence or wall shall be opaque in design and made of masonry, wood, or
other materials approved by the County Manager or designee. For projects subject to
