It shall be unlawful for any person to transfer, sell, or otherwise convey, to sell
any land by reference to, exhibition of, or other use of, a plat of a
subdivision
of such land without having submitted a final
subdivision
plat of such land for approval to the BCC as required by this section and without
having recorded the approved final
subdivision
plat as required by this section. Any division of land meeting the definition of
subdivision
which is not otherwise exempt by this section shall require the filing of a
subdivision
plat in accordance with the requirements of section 10.02.04 of this Code.
