The design and location of permanent reference monuments, "P.R.M.s," and permanent
control points, "P.C.P.s," shall be as prescribed by Chapter 177, F.S. as amended.
Where monuments would occur within
street
pavement areas, they shall be installed utilizing appropriate offset monuments as
prescribed by Chapter 177, F.S. as amended. All information pertaining to the location
of P.R.M.s shall be indicated in note form on the plat, such as underground installations
and the like.
