A complete central sewer system and interim
wastewater
treatment facility, if required, shall be designed and constructed to provide service
to all
lots
and
parcels
within the
subdivision
or
development
. The system shall be designed, constructed, owned, operated, and maintained pursuant
to the requirements of the Utilities Standards and Procedures Ordinance, Ordinance
No. 88-76, as amended, or to specifications of the applicable service provider.
