§ 122-377. Creation of the municipal service taxing unit.

There is hereby created and established the Vanderbilt Waterway Municipal Service Taxing Unit, hereinafter referred to as the "MSTU." The property subject to the MSTU shall be all properties within the boundaries as described on the attached Exhibit "A" (attached to Ord. No. 2018-64 and on file).
