§ 122-378. Purpose and governing body.

The MSTU is created for short-term dredging of Vanderbilt Waterway to allow for boat access and to create a funding mechanism for the long-term maintenance of the Vanderbilt Waterway between the Bluebill Bridge and the Cocohatchee River within the MSTU boundaries as described on Exhibit "A."

The governing body of the MSTU shall be the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida.
